Mental Health
From dealing with grief and loss to life transitions, such as parenthood, retirement, or illness, our caring, licensed counselors can help you find hope and healing. Our services are offered on a sliding-fee/income-based scale. We provide the same high-level care for people who have financial means and for those who are in need of low-income or free counseling services.
All our counselors are licensed professionals with additional expertise in LGBTQ and aging issues. We also have bilingual, native Spanish speakers on staff.

Older Adults
Provide comfort and dignity to seniors aging-in-place and support for their caregivers through our Aging Services and Caregiver Support programs.
Healthy Aging Programs
-
Older adults who engage in creativity have better emotional, cognitive, and physical health. In this group for adults 55+, we introduce and participate in a different form of art each month. This class is held virtually every Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. No art experience necessary.
-
Lunch Bunch is a social group for people 55+ that brings people together for regular meals and meaningful conversation. Meeting at local restaurants, members enjoy companionship, build friendships, and combat loneliness in a supportive, welcoming environment.
-
Our Older Adult Services Coordinator provides outreach, in-home assessments, resource coordination, and clinical services for older adults, people with dementia, and caregivers of older adults. We can assist in care planning and provide clinical expertise and appropriate referrals to help clients improve their situations and meet the challenges in their lives.
-
The purpose of the program is to support older adults to age in place successfully; to relieve stress and emotional burden on family caregivers; and to provide access to affordable, in-home respite care to the many families who cannot otherwise afford this service.
Dementia Support Programs
-
Join a group where you will be understood, learn skills to help you in your role, and address self-care. Our no-cost groups are designed to provide educational, emotional, and social support to individuals caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia.

This special class engages those living with dementia through stimulating activities, such as music, games, crafts, field trips to local attractions, laughter, and fun. Classes meet virtually and in-person. All the supplies and entrance fees are provided.
