MCOT is here to help Utah residents going through a mental health struggle.

The Utah Crisis Line deploys Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams (MCOT) in several regions across the state. These teams offer:

  • Quick response

  • No-cost services

  • Support in person or through virtual video visits

Youth and adult services teams are available 24/7/365, offering consultation and support to individuals, families, and community partners in need.

MCOT teams include licensed clinicians with advanced training, as well as certified peer support specialists.

Peer specialists:

  • Have firsthand experience with mental health or substance use challenges

  • Are in recovery after receiving treatment

  • Use their lived experience to offer empathy, support, and hope

They also offer follow-up services for continued support, including referrals to healthcare providers and local mental health resources.
