Basic Needs Assistance

All services require completion of an online application.

The Basic Needs Assistance program supports individuals and families in Summit and Wasatch Counties who are experiencing financial hardship. Services focus on providing food, clothing, and, when possible, limited financial assistance. If direct support cannot be provided, staff work to connect applicants with other local resources and service providers.

This program prioritizes first-time applicants and does not offer housing assistance. For permanent housing needs, please contact Mountainlands Community Housing Trust.

We are a team of dedicated psychologists, counselors, and coaches committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while gaining deeper self-awareness. Services include health coaching, Enneagram coaching, and mental health support such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Support is available for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. Therapists offer a wide range of specialties and provide services in both English and Spanish.

Counseling Services

  • Therapist and coach session rates range from $80 to $170, based on training, experience, and specialty. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and scholarships are available for those who qualify through an application process.

To inquire about scholarship assistance, contact the scheduling team at 435-649-2260 ext. 1.

Payment can be made by cash, check (payable to the Christian Center of Park City), or credit card. Cost estimates are provided in advance to ensure transparency and avoid unexpected charges.

  • All sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full unless notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the preceding Friday. Exceptions may be made in cases of unforeseen emergencies. To cancel or reschedule, contact 435-649-2260 ext. 1.
